BEC Poland is part of a Danish full-service IT house, creating IT solutions for the banks and the financial sector in Denmark. The company's solutions are used by more than 25% of Danish society, which makes activities supporting the area of employer branding extremely interesting, but also demanding. As part of our cooperation, we are tackling the challenges faced by the IT company – high demand for specialized employees and strong competition in the Polish market.

Our cooperation is primarily a comprehensive approach to employer brand communication activities – starting with extensive marketing research, through strategic and creative support in the development of internal and external communication materials (in the online and offline areas), support in performance activities, social media, and full execution of developed campaigns.
One of the main tasks in the first stage of our activities was to select the tools and channels of outreach in such a way as to most effectively support the building of awareness of BEC Poland among candidates.
Our work included market research, the creation of personas and viable points of contact with candidates, as well as a dedicated photo and video shoot. We were responsible for creating campaigns to support recruitment, building a new visual layer to promote the Talent Program, realizing the streaming events, creating event materials, designing a new career website and much more!
One of the more interesting challenges of the project is to match the values of a company with more than 60 years of history in Denmark with the Polish market, where it is just beginning to develop. Our activities – although concentrated in Poland- are linked to those in the Danish market. This allows us to see a broader perspective of the company's development and its goals, and thus better understand the client. An example? Creating a new visual identity for theTalent Program for the Polish market and later adapting it to the needs and specifics of the Danish market.
On a day-to-day basis, however, our focus is on creative support for the Polish branch, creating dedicated materials for various occasions and needs: a new career landing page, a trade show booth, promotional campaigns for the company's new location, support for performance and social media activities, design and production of printed materials for internal and external communications... And much more!
A close relationship with the client and constant learning of his needs undoubtedly help to develop tailored and creative solutions, as well as build fruitful cooperation.
