02. Definition of cookies
Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, stored in the Users' terminal devices intended for the use of the Website. These files allow the Website to recognise the User's device and display the Website accordingly, adapted to the User's individual preferences. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the device and a unique number.
03. Use of cookies
Cookies are used for the purpose of adapting the content of the Website to the User's preferences and optimising the use of the Website. They are also used for the purpose of creating anonymous, aggregated statistics which help to understand how the User uses the Website, which allows to improve its structure and content, excluding the personal identification of the User.
04. Types of cookies
As a rule, two types of cookies are used – ‘session and ‘permanent’ cookies. The former are temporary files that remain on the User's device until the Website is switched off. ‘Permanent’ files remain on the User's device for the time specified in the parameters of the cookies or until they are manually deleted by the User. Cookies used by Partners of the Website operator, including in particular Website Users, are subject to Partners’ privacy policies.
There is a detailed breakdown of cookies, in terms of:
- Their indispensability for the performance of the Service:
– Functional – are important for the operation of the Website. They serve to enrich the functionality of the Website – without them, the Website works correctly, but is not adapted to the User's preferences. They serve to ensure a high level of functionality of the Website – without the settings stored in cookies, the level of functionality of the Website may be reduced, but this should not prevent the complete use of the Website. They are used for very important Website functionality – blocking them means that selected functions do not work properly.
– Necessary – these are cookies that are necessary for the proper functioning of the Website or the functionality the User wishes to use.
– Business – these cookies enable the business model on the basis of which the Website is made available. Blocking them does not make the entire functionality of the Website unavailable, but may reduce the level of service provision due to the Website owner's inability to earn revenues subsidising the operation of the Website. This category includes advertising cookies. - The period of time for which cookies are placed on the User's device:
– Temporary (session) cookies – cookies placed for the duration of the use of the browser (session), are deleted when the browser is closed.
– Permanent cookies – are not deleted when the browser is closed and remain on the User's device for a specific period of time or without expiry date depending on the Website owner's settings. - Origin – from the Website Administrator who manages the cookies:
– Own cookies – cookies placed directly by the owner of the Website that has been visited.
– External cookies – cookies placed by external entities having website components called by the owner of the Website. Cookies may be called up by the Controller using scripts, components which are located on the Partner's servers, located in another location – another country or even a completely different legal system. If the Website's Administrator calls up components coming from outside the Controller's system, standard rules of cookie policy other than this Policy may apply. - Purpose:
– Website configuration – allow you to set up features and services on the Website.
– Website security and reliability – enable verification of authenticity and optimisation of Website performance.
– Session status – enable information to be recorded about how Users use the Website. The cookies used to store the so-called ‘session state’ help to improve the services and browsing experience of the Website.
– Processes – enable the Website itself and the functions available on it to operate efficiently.
– Ads – allow ads to be displayed that are more interesting to Users and more valuable to publishers and advertisers, allow ads to be customised, and can also be used to display ads outside of the Website.
– Location – they allow the information displayed to be tailored to the User's location, which also depends on the location settings selected by the User on the device he/she uses.
– Viewing analysis (statistics) – allow the owner of the Website to better understand the preferences of Users and, through analysis, to improve and develop products and services. Usually, the owner of the Website or an external entity with which it cooperates collects information anonymously and processes trend data without identifying the personal data of individual Users. - Interference with User privacy:
– Non-harmful – these are cookies necessary for the proper operation of the Website, needed to enable the functionality of the Website, but their operation has nothing to do with tracking the User.
– Researching – used to track Users, but they do not include information to identify a specific User.
We would like to inform you that we store cookies on the User's terminal device, and then access the information contained therein for statistical purposes, for marketing purposes (remarketing) and to ensure proper operation of the Website. We would also like to inform you that there may be a need or legitimate interest to use other types of cookies than those mentioned above.

Information on the possibility and methods of handling cookies is available in the settings of the Internet browser used by the User. Restricting the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Website.
