Challenge
How to build a consistent brand experience in the store, online and on the street?
Duży Ben is an innovative liquor store chain that came to us for comprehensive support in building the brand's unique USP – from the shop shelf, through events, to digital communication. They needed a partner who could own the whole scope: running promotional cycles in stores, dedicated events, online channels and consulting on store space.
The key to this partnership was change. Throughout the project we constantly tested solutions and optimised our work, adapting communication to each new stage of the chain's growth and improving the profitability of individual locations.
Idea
The brand's spirit in every detail.
We focused on being close to the customer – here and now, in the nearest neighbourhood, even the next street over. We leaned on activation and engagement that brought the store's new concept closer to customers in a tangible way, not just a declarative one.
Alongside that, we ran comprehensive digital communication – a Facebook page, an information site and supporting campaigns. We tailored the channels not only to customers, but also to the law governing this particular industry.
Execution
Even in the smallest details of a store's day-to-day operation, we tried to carry the brand's spirit – helpful, creative, curious. An important part of the whole campaign was also mixology education: we produced a series of videos introducing customers to the world of drinks made at home.
