BEC Poland – An employer brand from scratch

Challenge

How do you build an employer brand in a market where the company is only just getting started?

BEC Poland is part of a Danish full-service IT house that builds IT solutions for banks and the financial sector in Denmark – used by over 25% of the Danish population. On the Polish market, the company is still building awareness, all while facing high demand for specialised IT talent and strong local competition.

Idea

Two perspectives, one brand.

Our collaboration is first and foremost a comprehensive approach to employer brand communication – starting with extensive marketing research, through strategic and creative support in developing materials for internal and external communication, to support for performance activities, social media, and full execution of the campaigns we design.

One of the main tasks in the first stage of our work was choosing the tools and channels that would most effectively build awareness of BEC Poland among candidates. That meant market research, building personas and real points of contact with candidates, a dedicated photo and video shoot, campaigns to support recruitment, a new visual layer for the Talent Program, event streaming, event materials, and the design of a new career website.

One of the more interesting challenges of the project is matching the values of a company with more than 60 years of history in Denmark to the Polish market, where it's just beginning to grow. Our work – although based in Poland – is connected to what happens on the Danish market, giving us a broader view of the company's goals. A good example is the visual identity we created for the Talent Program for Poland, later adapted to the needs and specifics of Denmark.

Execution

Day to day, our focus is on creative support for the Polish branch – dedicated materials for all kinds of occasions and needs: a new career landing page, a trade show booth, promotional campaigns for the company's new office location, support for performance and social media activities, and the design and production of printed materials for internal and external communication.

A close relationship with the client and constantly learning about their needs help us build tailored, creative solutions and a genuinely productive partnership. Knowledge of the market, an exchange of experience, and a strategic approach let us grow together since 2020 – and for that trust, we say: tak skal du have – thank you.
